Shipping Policy

Delivery, freight and what to expect when your equipment arrives in the United Kingdom.

1. UK Fulfilment

UK orders are fulfilled through:

  • Seabourne Forwarding Ltd
  • Units J1 & J2
  • Fulford Drive
  • Minworth Trade Park
  • Minworth
  • Sutton Coldfield B76 1DJ
  • United Kingdom

BRUTEforce® uses specialised freight arrangements because many products are large, heavy and palletised.

2. Delivery Estimate

BRUTEforce®'s current estimated UK delivery timeframe is approximately:

  • 7–11 business days
  • unless a different timeframe is stated for the product or order

This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless BRUTEforce® expressly agrees to a particular deadline.

Applicable statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.

3. Delivery Method

Large BRUTEforce® equipment is generally delivered curbside.

Tail-lift equipment is generally used where appropriate and available.

In some circumstances, manual unloading may be required because of vehicle, site, product, freight or access conditions.

Unless expressly purchased or agreed, standard freight does not include:

  • movement inside a building;
  • movement to an upper floor;
  • installation;
  • assembly;
  • removal of packaging;
  • specialist crane or lifting services; or
  • movement to the final installation position
  • Customers should ensure suitable assistance is available where required

4. Heavy Freight

Some BRUTEforce® equipment is shipped in large crates or palletised freight and may weigh approximately 200–400 kg.

The customer must ensure that the delivery site is suitable for the size and nature of the shipment.

5. Access Requirements

Customers must provide accurate information concerning:

  • delivery address;
  • contact number;
  • site access;
  • restricted roads;
  • gates;
  • loading restrictions;
  • stairs;
  • narrow access;
  • vehicle restrictions; and
  • any other circumstances materially affecting delivery

6. Additional Freight Charges

Additional reasonable charges may arise for:

  • remote locations;
  • difficult or restricted access;
  • unsuccessful delivery;
  • redelivery;
  • storage;
  • address changes after dispatch;
  • special freight requirements; or
  • services outside standard curbside delivery

Where additional charges are identified before dispatch, BRUTEforce® will communicate them as appropriate before they are incurred or charged where required by law.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be shown at checkout, quoted separately, or otherwise communicated before the customer becomes bound, subject to any expressly stated free-shipping promotion.

BRUTEforce® does not intend to profit from freight charges.

8. VAT & Import Arrangements

UK website prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT.

BRUTEforce® handles the applicable import/customs arrangements for the UK fulfilment model.

The customer is not intended to receive a separate import VAT or customs bill for an ordinary BRUTEforce® UK order where BRUTEforce® has represented the checkout price as the final VAT-inclusive price.

9. Order Changes

Contact BRUTEforce® immediately if an address or order needs to be changed.

Changes cannot be guaranteed after warehouse or freight processing begins.

Additional costs caused by customer-requested changes may be payable where lawfully disclosed and incurred.

10. Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect freight promptly.

Visible damage should be photographed and reported as soon as reasonably practicable.

Carrier documentation assists with claims but does not replace statutory consumer rights.

11. Missed Deliveries

A carrier may charge storage, redelivery or other reasonable costs following a failed delivery caused by inaccurate customer information, absence, unsuitable access or another customer-controlled issue.

These costs may be passed on where lawful.

12. Delays Outside Our Reasonable Control

Weather, road closures, carrier disruption, port or customs disruption, industrial action, emergencies and other events outside BRUTEforce®'s reasonable control can affect delivery.

BRUTEforce® will deal with material delays consistently with applicable UK consumer law.
