5. Longer Product-Specific Warranty
Where documentation supplied with a particular BRUTEforce® product expressly provides a longer warranty period, the longer stated period applies.
6. What the Warranty Covers
Subject to this Policy, the warranty covers qualifying defects in materials or workmanship arising during the applicable warranty period under intended use.
7. Wear Parts
Wear parts are components that naturally experience wear through use.
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects during the stated warranty period but does not convert normal wear and tear into a defect.
8. Normal Wear & Tear
The warranty does not cover ordinary deterioration reasonably resulting from use, including cosmetic or consumable deterioration, unless the issue results from an independently covered defect.
9. Maintenance
Equipment must be reasonably maintained in accordance with applicable instructions.
Failure to perform maintenance affects warranty coverage only where that failure caused or materially contributed to the claimed defect or failure.
10. Noise & Operating Characteristics
Normal mechanical sounds, minor movement or other characteristics inherent in fitness equipment are not necessarily defects.
Unusual sounds caused by a covered defective component remain assessable.
11. Outdoor Use & Environmental Damage
Unless a product is expressly designed for such conditions, damage caused or materially contributed to by:
- rain;
- moisture;
- corrosion;
- salt;
- extreme environmental exposure; or
- unsuitable outdoor storage
- may be excluded
The exclusion applies to the extent the environmental condition caused or contributed to the problem.
12. Residential & Commercial Use
Products must be used consistently with their intended or rated application.
Commercial use does not automatically invalidate every warranty right.
However, damage caused by use materially outside the product's stated intended or rated application may not be covered.
13. Installation & Assembly
Incorrect installation or assembly affects coverage only where it caused or materially contributed to the claimed problem.
14. Modifications & Unauthorised Repairs
A modification, non-approved replacement part or unauthorised repair does not automatically cancel all warranty coverage.
However, BRUTEforce® may decline coverage to the extent that the modification, part or repair caused or materially contributed to the defect or failure.
15. Freight & Relocation Damage
Damage occurring because equipment was improperly moved, transported, dismantled, reassembled or stored may be excluded to the extent those circumstances caused or contributed to the damage.

18. Warranty Assessment
BRUTEforce® Australia manages UK warranty claims.
We may reasonably troubleshoot or assess the reported issue before determining the appropriate warranty remedy.
Depending on the circumstances, this may involve:
- remote diagnosis;
- photographs or video;
- replacement components;
- repair;
- inspection; or
- replacement equipment
- This process does not restrict statutory remedies where they apply
19. Replacement Parts
Replacement parts for UK warranty matters may be dispatched from BRUTEforce®'s UK warehouse.
Replacement components may be new or otherwise legally acceptable equivalent components, where appropriate.
20. Freight, Labour & Service
Responsibility for freight, labour, installation and service costs depends on:
- the nature of the claim;
- applicable statutory rights;
- the applicable commercial warranty; and
- whether the claimed problem is covered
Nothing in this section requires a consumer to bear costs that UK consumer law requires BRUTEforce® to bear.
21. Discontinued Products
If an identical product or component is no longer available, BRUTEforce® may provide an appropriate repair, equivalent component, replacement or other remedy consistent with the warranty and applicable law.
22. Lifetime Structural Frame Warranty
“Lifetime” refers to the warranty period applying to the qualifying structural frame of the applicable product.
It does not mean that every component of the equipment carries a lifetime warranty.
Other components remain subject to their separately stated warranty periods.
23. Statutory Fault Remedies
UK consumers may have statutory remedies for goods that do not conform to the contract independently of this Warranty.
Nothing in this Warranty restricts those rights.
