What Customers Say
Awesome delivery and UX1 is A1
I was a little sceptical before viewing COOP's review and until I actually took delivery but I was pleasantly surprised with the workmanship and quality of my UXI. Down sides: must have two people to put it together and even then allow a full day+. It's not that its particularly difficult but quiet time consuming, instructions are good.
To be honest it was a little of a struggle for me to make up but I took advantage of their zoom call and all ok. All the family have been using it for about 3 weeks now and loving it. Best investment ever.
Very difficult to fault the machine or company.
A1 buyer experience and awesome machinery
Excellent
All the features are very well thought out and work as they should but the folding system is Awesome. very easy and quick to fold and unfold and gives me heaps of space in the garage. The pullys are very smooth and the smith machine works well once you get use to the extra motion it has. not too bad to put together took about a day.
Very impressed with the entire transaction from start to finish. All team members were polite, informative and efficient and the product lives up to their description. No hesitation in recommending this company.
Awesome machine! Great quality too.
The shipping company were not very helpful but not sellers fault. instruction manual easy to read and parts well numbered/labeled so quiet easy to make up.
Arrived on time in two wooden crates, well packed and no damage. Instructions first class and easy to follow but still nearly a full day to make up. Then the good part, this UX1 is a very well thought out machine with every thing you need, great folding feature and very professional finish. No complaints.
Very impressed with the entire transaction from start to finish. All team members were polite, informative and efficient and the product lives up to their description. No hesitation in recommending this company.
